It helps with sleep but not a big fan of the taste. It also makes me burp quite a bit but I’m pretty sensitive to fizzy drinks.
It really does help me slow my mind down so I can sleep. But I have to admit I hate the taste so I hold my nose and drink it. If you could just make it to where it’s a good flavor or no flavor at all I’d be happy
I really loved the previous formulation with the natural (palm?) sugar. It was a little hard to mix and the color was a bit dark - but it tasted natural and delicious. The current formulation has xylitol and it tastes/smells so artificial. I can barely drink it. Please bring the previous formula back!

Unfortunately, so many of our long time Binto customers did not like it when we tried moving our original Glow Down formula over to the palm, so we switched it back and this it now the original formula. It is not the best tasting, so I add lemon juice and it takes the edge off ;). Wish it had a berry flavor
Not a fan of the taste at all. Fizzy and very blah berry like flavor. It didn’t make me tired at all.. was really hoping it would work! I love the Binto inositol so I tried this out but unfortunately not a fan.
